Revitarinse – Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Revitarinse, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be subject to change upon inspection.

• Prices include labor and standard cleaning solutions. Additional treatments (e.g. Resanding) may incur extra charges.

2. Payments

• Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods: e.g. bank transfer, cash, etc.

• Late payments may result in additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a £50 charge to cover lost time and expenses.

• Revitarinse reserves the right to reschedule services due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability & Damage

• We take care to prevent damage, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose paving, or weak surfaces that may be affected during cleaning.

• Customers must notify us of any delicate areas or concerns before work begins.

5. Water Supply & Access

• The customer must provide access to a water supply unless otherwise agreed.

• We require clear access to the work area. Any obstructions must be removed before arrival.

6. Resanding

• If resanding is included in your service, it will only be carried out in dry conditions for best results.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve any issues.

• Refunds are not offered, but we will always aim for customer satisfaction.

8. Health & Safety

• Please keep pets and children away from the work area during and after cleaning until surfaces are dry.

• Surfaces may be slippery when wet—caution is advised.
